Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from. Only criticism, walls a little thin & could the person in the room next door coughing & being sick! Otherwise really enjoyed our stay & would recommend. "This was our 2nd visit this year, this time with the kids. Room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The room was very clean and the kids loved the sofa bed although for erratic sleepers we had to pillows down so they didn't fall out."

"This hotel is really good although if wanting the best experience I would recommend the premium room or higher as the standard rooms won't be the best but still acceptable for a hotel especially the oldest in Nottingham. I had a standard room this time and wasn't happy with it so I asked for an upgrade was willing to pay the extra cost but the amazing staff let me have a premium room for no extra cost which was great. Breakfast is good the staff are very polite and there's lots of food choice available. The TVs in the hotel are extremely dated and the universal remotes can be fiddely but this doesn't bother me too much. Hotel internet is impressively fast with 100Mbps download and around 130Mbps upload allowing you to connect your own devices and watch movies, stream, work or whatever with ease. The one complaint I will make which isn't really a complaint was I ordered some food with deliveroo but quickly realized we didn't have any cutlery so I called reception asked for some forks and they said they'd be right up but nobody came (I ended up using the already provided spoons to eat my curry as it was late and I didn't want to cause anymore of a fuss). Overall its a great hotel experience and I'll be sure to checkout the bar next time I stay here. If you're looking for one of the cheapest stays with a great experience this is the hotel for you. "

Date I say much better than other companies hotels. Service and all the above mentioned where 5 star in our opinion.
